You can request a Cancellation and Refund by completing the Cancellations & Refunds form here.
AllGo can then arrange to refund the card funds only (not the order fees) to the same Client bank account used for the order invoice payment.
As we have to apply to EML / Mastercard for the return of funds, the leadtimes for Cancellations & Refunds are 20 working days in Standard Operating times and 30 working days during Red Zone (Dec 10th – 24th). If more than 6 months has elapsed after issue, no returns are permitted.
