Can refunds be sent back to the card?

Refunds are processed on AllGo Mastercards as with any other Mastercard.

It is the merchant’s responsibility to manage your refund, which usually appears back on your card within 5-10 business days.

In some cases, if the refund is the same amount as the original transaction with the merchant, the original transaction will simply disappear, and your balance will have been adjusted accordingly.
