No, you don’t need to have a CRO number, but if you do, it helps to speed up the security checks we are required to carry out.
All business clients need to pass regulatory security checks before an order can proceed (a process known as KYB or Know Your Business). This happens in the background based on the business information you provide on the order form – your Business Name, Business Address, and CRO / Company Registration Number (if you have one).
In some instances, you may be asked to provide additional information before the order can progress – we will let you know if this is the case.
