If you have received and redeemed a Digital+ card recently, this would be linked to the email address you received the card in. Digital+ cards issued by AllGo prior to October 2023 were linked to recipients’ mobile numbers. If you wish to access a card issued prior to October 2023, please:
- Within the Get My eCard app, log out of your current account via the settings icon in the top right hand corner.
- On the log in screen, select the ‘Phone’ section
- Enter the prefix, your phone number and your password and log in.
- You can check which phone number your previous card was linked to via the original email received from AllGo.
- Repeat the process to navigate back into your newer account (instead of ‘Phone’ select ‘Email’).
