How can I track my order?

Ordering

There are 3 main tools to track your AllGo Mastercard order as it progresses:

1. AllGo Customer Portal: allgocardorders.com

This portal gives you access to your order status in real time as it progress through the various orders stages. You must be one of the contacts associated with the order and have registered on the portal to see the order status.

2. Order Update Emails

As your order progresses, you will automatically receive email updates including-

  1. Order Confirmation Email: once you have placed your order online.
  2. Invoice Email: once you have passed the security checks.
  3. Payment Confirmation Email: once your full payment has been received for your order.
  4. Order Complete Email: Physical Cards – once your cards have been processed ready for dispatch. Digital+ Cards – once your cards have been emailed to recipients.
  5. Courier Tracking Number Email (physical cards only): Once your physical cards have been collected by courier and are on their way to you.

3. Courier Delivery Tracking (Physical Cards only)

Once you have been emailed your order tracking number by email, you can track your delivery with our couriers.

Orders to clients in Dublin 1 – 24 are dispatched with Action Dispatch. Orders to clients outside Dublin are dispatched with DPD.

DPD:ย To track your DPD delivery, please use the tracking number onย dpd.ie/trackingย DPD’s tracking system will display “”Order received / DPD awaiting parcel” until the next business day when your order has passed through the DPD sorting office.

Action Dispatch: To track your Action Dispatch delivery, please call +353 1 460 78 78. Action Dispatch deliver same day in Dublin 1 – 24 if dispatched before 2pm Mon-Fri. If dispatched after 2pm, your order will arrive the next business day.
