To activate your Physical Gift Card so you can start spending it, follow these 4 steps-
- Step 1: Go to allgo.getmybalance.com
Go to allgo.getmybalance.com and click ‘Create Account‘ (or login if you already have an account and skip to Step 4 below).
- Step 2: To Create a new Cardholder Account
If you are creating an allgo.getmybalance account for the first time-
1. Enter your card number and the 6-Digit Security Code from the back of your card (not the CVV).
2. Enter your personal details, and a username (your email) and create a password.
3. Open the Ts&Cs link and tick your consent.
4. Click the verification link sent to your email address.
- Step 3: Set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
MFA secures your account by adding your Mobile Number to the login process.
1. When you first login to your Cardholder Account, you will be sent a One-Time Verification Code to your login email address.
2. Copy this One-Time Verification Code from your email and paste it into the Login Pop-Up.
3. Select “Public Computer” for a shared device or “No, I’m safe” for a personal device (which will bypass MFA on this device for future logins).
4. Enter your Mobile Number.
MFA is now set-up, and the next time you log in from a new device, you can choose whether to send a login code by email or SMS.
- Step 4: Activate your Card
Log into your allgo.getmybalance account, navigate to My Cards, and click Activate Card. Enter the 2 activation fields-
1. Your Last Name exactly as it appears on the card carrier (it’s case sensitive).
2. The Activation Code given to you by the company or employer who gave you the card.
