When you first log in to your account, you’ll add your phone number as part of MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) to secure your account. If you need to update your phone number, follow the steps below-
- Step 1: Login to your allgo.getmybalance.com Cardholder Account & select ‘My Profile’ at the top of the page
- Step 2: Click the Edit icon at the bottom of the My Profile page
- Step 3: Enter your correct phone number in the Phone field, select the correct Country prefix, and click the Save icon
Your new phone number will be used to send verification codes via SMS to validate future logins.
