How do I Update my Phone Number in my Get My Balance Account?

There are 2 places in your Get My Balance Cardholder Account (allgo.getmybalance.com) that you can update your mobile phone number-

1. Updating your Phone Number for Logging into your Account

When you first log in to your Get My Balance Cardholder Account, you’ll add your phone number as part of MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) to secure your account. If you need to update your phone number, follow the steps below-

  • Step 1: Login to your allgo.getmybalance.com Cardholder Account & select ‘My Profile’ at the top of the page

  • Step 2: Click the Edit icon at the bottom of the My Profile page

  • Step 3: Go to Phone field, select your country code (eg +353 for Ireland), enter your mobile number (without the first 0), and click on Save.

Your new phone number will be used to send verification codes via SMS to validate future logins.

2. Updating your Mobile Number for 3D Secure

To spend your AllGo Mastercard online, you first need to enrol it in 3D Secure. When you activate a new card, the card is automatically enrolled for 3D Secure using the mobile you entered for MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) – see above.
