Your Digital Card can be used to make contactless payments through your phone with these steps-
1. Add your Digital Card to the wallet on your phone – full instructions here
2. Turn NFC on in your phone settings
3. Open the Wallet app on your phone and select your AllGo Digital Mastercard
4. Hold your phone to the Card Reader at the checkout – you may need to unlock your device again at this point
5. Payment complete!
If things aren’t going to plan, check the following-
- Make sure that the last 4 digits of the card you’re trying to use in your wallet match the relevant card (with available balance) in the Get My eCard app.
- Ensure the AllGo Digital+ card is set as Default for Contactless in your Virtual Wallet.
- Check that NFC (the technology on your device settings to facilitate contactless payments) is turned on.
