If you are having trouble accessing your AllGo Digital+ Mastercard on Get My eCard app , please follow these trouble steps-
Step 1: Check the Email Address you are logged into the Get My eCard App

- Use the same email where you received your Digital+ Card
- This may be your work email or if you received multiple cards, log in separately for each email.
- Make sure your email is entered in lowercase.
- Open the Digital+ Card email confirmation on your phone (not desktop)
Step 2: Re-install the Get My eCard App
- Delete Get My eCard app.
- Restart your phone.
- Reinstall the app (download the App for Android or Apple)
- Log in or create your account again.
Step 3: Clear the Cache in the Get My eCard App
On iPhone:
Settings โ General โ iPhone Storage โ Get My eCard โ Offload App
On Android:
Settings โ Apps โ Get My eCard โ Storage โ Clear Cache
