I can’t login to my allgo.getmybalance.com account?

If you have an allgo.getmybalance.com account and you’re having trouble logging in, here are some troubleshooting tips-

  • The Username is the email address you chose to use when creating your account – it could be your personal email or your company email if you have one. If you don’t know the Username for your account, please check the steps here
  • Your Password needs to be at least 14 characters (numbers, letters or symbols) long, with a capital letter and a number in it.
  • You get an error that says “The Requested URL was rejected” or “Error 403 – Forbidden”, this could be because your company IT network is blocking the website or you are trying to access your allgo.getmybalance.com account from a country that is blocked. If the details you’re enterring are wrong, you’ll see a ‘The username or password is invalid.’ message. In this case, you should try resetting your password

  1. Go to the allgo.getmybalance.com Log In page and click Forgot Password?
