The AllGo Mastercard is primarily used by employers for the Small Benefits Scheme, so normally it would be your current employer who would have gifted you the card.
For physical AllGo Mastercard gift cards, there may be a personalised message from the card purchaser in the card wallet that the card came with. For Digital+ cards, there may be a personalised message in the email you received with the card link.
If this is not the case, you can contact us with the delivery address/email address the card was sent to, the last 4 digits on the card, and the original amount on the card, and our team will be able to tell you which company your card was sent from.
