It is your responsibility to keep your card safe. If your physical card appears damaged, it may still work – provided the damage isn’t on the shiny magstrip on the back of your card. If there is damage to the card, you can still use the card for online shopping.
If your card is no longer working, you can order a replacement card by filling in this form for a replacement. A replacement card fee of €20 will be deducted from the remaining balance on your card if you’ve had your card for more than 1 year. We’ll let you know when your replacement card is on its way to you.
