I’m unable to create an account on allgo.getmybalance.com

Activating your Card, Physical Cards

If you have a Physical AllGo Mastercard, you’ll need to create an account on allgo.getmybalance.com if you don’t already have one *.

Here are some common troubleshooting tips when creating your account for the first time-

Security Code: Enter the 6-Digit Security Code from the top of the back of your Physical Mastercard – NOT CVV!

Birthdate: Use the pop-up calendar – you can click on the black bar at the top to go to Months, and click again to get to the Years. Then use the « » arrows to go forward or back.

Password: Your password must be atleast 14 characters (numbers, letters or symbols) long, and have a capital letter and a number in it.

Terms & Conditions: You’ll have to click on the blue text ‘Terms & Conditions’ to open the document. When you return to the create account page, you can tick the box.

* If you already have an account, when you attempt to create an account again you’ll see an error message ‘Account already exists. Please login to access your account’. You should proceed to the Log In page, or reset your password.
