To active your AllGo Mastercard Gift Card, you first need to create a Cardholder Account on allgo.getmybalance.com (click here for step by step instructions).
If you experience difficulties when trying to create a new account on allgo.getmybalance.com, please follow the troubleshooting steps below that will resolve the most common issues-
1. Check the Security Code
Security Code: Enter the 6-Digit Security Code from the top of the back of your Physical Mastercard – NOT CVV!

2. Entering your Date of Birth
Birthdate: Use the pop-up calendar – you can click on the black bar at the top to go to Months, and click again to get to the Years. Then use the « » arrows to go forward or back. Watch this video How to Enter your Date of Birth

3. Check the Password
Password: Your password must be at least 14 characters long (numbers, letters or symbols) , contain at least one number and one alpha character (capital letter).

4. Ticking the Terms & Conditions
Terms & Conditions: You’ll have to click on the blue text ‘Terms & Conditions’ to open the document. When you return to the create account page, you can tick the box. Watch this video How to Tick the Terms & Conditions checkbox

Please note: If you already have an account, when you attempt to create an new account again you’ll see an error message ‘Account already exists’. Please go to login to access your account.
