“Match Not Possible”, “Details do not match” or “Unable to Check Payee Name” Warning Message appears when transferring order payment – what should I do?

When transferring payment to your Individual IBAN / Client Wallet from your bank, you may get a Warning Message that says something like “Match Not Possible”, “Details do not match”, or “Unable to Check Payee Name”.

This is because of new “Verification of Payee” safeguards introduced by Irish banks in Sept 2025 to prevent fraudulent payments from your bank account.

The official Bank Account / Payee Name on your Individual IBAN is: “EML Money DAC“, however even using this as the payee name may still result in your bank not matching the name.

If you get a Payee Verification Warning Message, you should double check that the IBAN you are transferring to exactly matches the one printed on the bottom left hand side of your invoice (see example below). If it matches, you should ignore the warning message and click continue to complete the transfer.
