My card won’t activate / ‘invalid surname’

Activating your Card

When activating your card in your Cardholder Login (as well as the Activation Code), please make sure that you are entering your surname exactly as is printed in bold on the card carrier (it’s case sensitive!).

If your surname contains an apostrophe, you may need to copy and paste this symbol ‘.
