If you have registered your physical AllGo Mastercard to an account onย allgo.getmybalance.com, and you now need to get it transferred to a different account under a different email address, then you need to contact AllGo Mastercard Customer Service to open a support ticket.
We will then contact Mastercard to de-register your card from your current account. Once this is completed, we will let you know and you will be able to create a new account on allgo.getmybalance.com, and re-register your card in that account, or add it to another account you’ve already created.
This process also applies if you’re attempting to add your card to your allgo.getmybalance.com account, and you get the error message “Invalid card-Card already associated to another user”.
