Unfortunately, there is currently no easy way to check what email address you used to register and activate your physical AllGo Mastercard.
If you are unsure of the email address you used, we recommend that you use the Forgot Password feature to test if your email address has an account. You can then login to that account and see if your card is registered there.
To use the Forgot Password feature-
1. Go to allgo.getmybalance.com Log In page and click Forgot Password?
2. Enter your email address in the username field and click on “Submit.”
3. If an account is linked to the email address you enter, you will see this screen below and you will receive an email with a link to reset password.

4. If you do not receive an email after clicking “Submit,” then there is no account associated with that email address, you will see this screen below and you will not receive a password reset email – so your card must be registered to an account with a different email.
