Occasionally, an error occurs on allgo.getmybalance.com accounts where there’s no ‘View’ option when you click on the Action button, or the page keeps refreshing. This means you can’t access your card’s balance/transactions, or enrol for 3D Secure.
Generally, this error occurs on mobile phones more often than desktops / laptops. Instead, please try again on a desktop / laptop, if possible, through an incognito window (Ctrl+Shift+N). This should allow you to see the “View” optionโ. From there, you can enrol the card for 3D Secure and check the balance & transactions.
