If you request to cancel an order after payment has been made or request an individual card cancellation and refund, the leadtimes are:
- 20 working days during standard operating times*
- 30 working days during the Red Zone (Dec 10th – 24th)*
* These Leadtimes are subject to any charges being paid without delay once invoiced.
