What are the main rules of the Small Benefit Scheme?

There are four main rules you need to adhere to to avail of the Scheme-

Rule 1: Maximum total annual award per employee of €1,500.
Rule 2: Max 5 Rewards per year.
Rule 3: No Cash Rewards (ie cannot use payroll).
Rule 4: No Salary Sacrifice.
