For regulatory and security reasons, only cardholders located in specific countries can activate AllGo Mastercard Gift Cards. This also means that all cardholders are blocked from accessing their allgo.getmybalance.com Cardholder Account from outside of these countries. If you try to access allgo.getmybalance.com from a blocked country, your will get a 403 Error on the webpage (click here for more details).
The countries where you can access allgo.getmybalance.com and activate your card include most (but not all) EU countries, UK, Switzerland, Iceland and Norway. The full list is-

This means that you cannot activate your AllGo Mastercard in Slovenia, Czech Republic or Cypress.
Outside of the above countries, cardholders cannot access allgo.getmybalance.com to see balance and transaction details, so if travelling outside of these countries, please contact us for balance and transaction queries.
Once activated the AllGo Mastercard can be spent in can be spent in dozens of countries around the world (click here for Country Spending Restrictions) with certain exceptions for particular types of retailers and transactions (click here for Retailer & Transaction Spending Restrictions).
