In order to have ever used your Physical AllGo Mastercard, you would have registered it on allgo.getmybalance.com. The card number can be found under ‘My Cards’ > ‘View’ after logging into your account.
If you can’t find the card number, we will do our best to identify it on our system, however this is not always possible.
