If an employee leaves after we ordered a card for them, what can we do?

If an employee has left, or you wish to return a card no longer needed, you can request a a Cancellation and Refund by completing theย Cancellations & Refunds form here. You can choose between two options for returned cards-

  • Option A: Cancel Card and Refund My Client Wallet
    AllGo can return the funds to your Client Wallet to use as credit against future orders. This incurs a fee of โ‚ฌ10 + VAT per card refunded .
  • Option B: Cancel Card and Refund My Bank Account
    AllGo can arrange for a refund to the same bank account you used for order payment. This incurs a fee of โ‚ฌ20 + VAT per card.

Leadtimes for Cancellations & Refunds are 20 working days in Standard Operating times and 30 working days duringย Red Zone (Dec 10th โ€“ 24th). Cancellations & Refunds can only be requested up to 6 months from order date.
