MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) secures the login to your Cardholder Account by adding your mobile number and a Secure Code to the login process.
- Step 1: When you try to login your allgo.getmybalance.com Cardholder Account without MFA, you will be sent a One-Time Verification Code to your login email address.
- Step 2: Copy this One-Time Verification Code from your email and paste it into the Login Pop-Up.
- Step 3: Select “Public Computer” for a shared device or “No, I’m safe” for a personal device (which will bypass MFA on this device for future logins).
- Step 4: Enter your Mobile Number.
MFA is now set-up, and the next time you log in from a new device, you can choose whether to send a login code by email or SMS.
