What Should I do if I do Not Receive the OTP Verification code for the Get My eCard App?

When you first create an account in the Get My eCard App, you will receive an OTP (One Time Password) Verification Code you will receive by email from EML Rewards ([email protected]).

If you do not receive the OTP, then-

  1. Make sure to use the same email address to which you received your card for account creation.
  2. Check your spam/junk folder.
  3. Wait 15 minutes (emails can be delayed).
  4. Email will come from: [email protected]  / Subject line: EML OTP
  5. Check if your company firewall is blocking emails.
  6. If you still don’t receive the OTP, please contact our Customer Service Team.
