When you first create an account in the Get My eCard App, you will receive an OTP (One Time Password) Verification Code you will receive by email from EML Rewards ([email protected]).
If you do not receive the OTP, then-
- Make sure to use the same email address to which you received your card for account creation.
- Check your spam/junk folder.
- Wait 15 minutes (emails can be delayed).
- Email will come from: [email protected] / Subject line: EML OTP
- Check if your company firewall is blocking emails.
- If you still don’t receive the OTP, please contact our Customer Service Team.
