After you have redeemed your Digital+ Mastercard, you can open the Get My eCard app and simply tap the card preview image to reveal the full card details at any time. Here you will find card number, CVV, expiry date and 6-digit security code.


If after following the steps above, the details on your card are still not displaying (check the picture below) please try the following troubleshooting:

- Ensure location on your phone in turned on.
- Open the app and tap on Settings (three lines in the top-right corner).
- Scroll down and select Log Out.
- Uninstall the Get My eCard app from your device.
- Reinstall the app from your app store.
- Open the app and select Create New Account (instead of logging back in).
