If our call volumes are particularly high, you may find it difficult to get through to us on the phone. This normally only happens in December, especially in the Red Zone, though occasionally we can be short-staffed for a small period of time.
If you experience difficulties getting through to us on the phone, we suggest-

- Checking ourย service updatesย in case there is any known service issue that might be affecting you;

- Calling back at a quieter time of the day (normally before 10:30am or after 15:00);
