Step 1

Your Cardholder Account Login

Click on the Cardholder Login button above to go to allgo.getmybalance.com.ย Click ‘Create Account‘ (or login if you already have an account and skip to Step 4 below).โ€‹

Step 2

To Create a New Account

If you are creating an allgo.getmybalance account for the first time:

  1. Enter your 16-Digit Card Mumber and theย 6-Digit Security Code from the back of your card (not the CVV – see image).
  2. Enter your date of birth, your home address, your email and create a password.
  3. You need toย open the Ts&Cs linkย before submitting your details.

Step 3

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

MFA secures your account by adding both a Mobile Number and Email Verificationย to the login process.

  1. The first time you log into your new Cardholder Account, you will be sent a One-Time Verification Code (OTC) to your mobile or email.
  2. Copy this OTC into the Login Pop-Up to login securely.

Note: to update your Mobile Number for MFA, click on My Profile on the top menu of your Cardholder Account

When you log in from a new device, you can choose to receive an OTC by email or SMS.

Step 4

Register & Unlock your Card

Log into your allgo.getmybalance account, navigate to My Cards, and clickย Activate Card. Enter the activation info –

  1. The 16-Digit Card Number.

  2. The Security Code (the 6-Digit number from the back of your card – see Step 2 above).

  3. Your Last Name exactly as it appears on the card carrier (it’s case sensitive).

  4. The Activation Code given to you by the company or employer who gave you the card.

3D Secure for Online Spending

3D Secure enables you to spend your card securely online by sending an SMS to your phone to verify your online transaction.

When you activate your physical card on allgo.getmybalance.com, your card is automatically enrolled in 3D Secure using your mobile number from your account set-up.

To Update your Mobile Number for 3D Secure-

  1. Goto My Cards / View
  2. Click on 3DS Enrolment.
  3. Enter your Last Name and your New Mobile Number.
  4. Click Save.

Clickย View Card

In your allgo.getmybalance.com account,ย  navigate to My Cards. Beside your card, click ‘Action’ and then ‘View’.

Click 3DS Enrollment

โ€‹Clickย 3DS Enrollmentย on the left hand side menu.

Step 3

Add Your Details

Enter in your mobile number in the format 0861234567 with the correct country code flag (default is Ireland) and your surname.

Click Enroll

3D Secure is now enabled on your card. When you make a purchase online, you may be sent an SMS Code to your mobile to verify your purchase.

Multiple Cards:ย If you have multiple cards registered in your account, you need to enable 3D secure for each card individually.

Balance & Transactions

Once you have activated your card in your allgo.getmybalance.com account, you can log in to see your balance and full card transaction history.

Replacement Card

If your AllGo Mastercard Gift Card is lost or stolen, you may lose the funds on your card. You should immediately suspend your card in your Cardholder Account or by calling the Lost & Stolen Helpline during business hours on +353 1 513 3656.

Top FAQs - Using Physical Cards

Yes, ALL Physical Mastercard Gift Cards must be activated and registered online by the card recipient.ย 

Please note, for regulatory and security reasons, AllGo Mastercards can only be activated within the European Union (EU) or the United Kingdom (UK) by cardholders over 18 years of age.

Don’t forget to register your card for 3D Secure if you want to spend it online.

For security purposes, the purchaser of your card has been sent an Activation Code which is requested in the ‘code’ field for your AllGo Mastercard, for them to pass on to all recipients. Please contact the purchaser of your card to confirm the activation code.

(Please note, if you used an order portal to order your card, your Activation Code will be your 5-digit order portal pin)

Yes, when you register & activate your physical AllGo Mastercard in your allgo.getmybalance.com, your card will be automatically enrolled forย  3D Secure using the mobile number you entered when opening the account.

Once 3D Secure is set up, you can use your card details to shop online. For instructions on how to update your 3D Secure mobile number, please see the 3D Secure section here.

In most cases, payments are declined because your card has not been activated, or does not have sufficient remaining balance. You can check the status of both by logging into yourย allgo.getmybalance.com account.

Also, make sure youโ€™re using your card the right way instore โ€“ย Physical Cardsย must be swiped on the card machine, onlyย Digital Cardsย can be tapped.

For online payments, please ensure that your 3D Secure details areย  correct and that the Cardholder name is your own name.

If your physical AllGo Mastercard Gift Card is lost or stolen, you may lose the funds on your card.ย You should immediately suspend your card by clicking on theย Lock Card icon in My Card in yourย Get My Balance Cardholderย  Account or by calling the Lost & Stolen Helpline during business hours on +353 1 513 3656.ย Click here for full details on locking your card.

If you are sure you won’t find your card, you can order a Replacement Card here. Please note, there isย  a โ‚ฌ20 Replacement Card Fee which is deducted from your card’s balance.
