Here are the next steps for your order-

 

  1. We will complete the Client Security Checks.

  2. We will then email you the Order Invoice.

    Please Note: your invoice email will come from Reward Cards ([email protected])

  3. You can then pay by Bank Transfer into your unique IBAN.

    See here for step-by-step payment instructions – very important to avoid delays with your order!

  4. Once payment is received, your Digital+ Cards will be emailed out.

Tracking your Order

  • Once you receive your invoice, you can track your order in real-time by logging into allgocardorders.com. You will receive email updates when payment is received, when your order has been processed, and with your tracking number for courier deliveries.

 

Amending your Order

  • The quickest way to change your order is to cancel it and place a new one – see buttons below

 

Card Activation

  • Each card recipient now needs to register & activate their own Digital+ Card by downloading the Get My eCard app. Full activation instructions for digital cards can be found here.
 

Cancellations & Refunds

You can request a Cancellation and Refund by completing the Cancellations & Refunds form.
