Thank you for your Physical Card Order!

Here are the next steps for your order-

 

  1. We will complete the Client Security Checks.

  2. We will then email you the Order Invoice.

    Please Note: your invoice email will come from Reward Cards ([email protected])

  3. You can then pay by Bank Transfer into your unique IBAN.

    See here for step-by-step payment instructions – very important to avoid delays with your order!

  4. Once payment is received, we will prepare your Cards for Dispatch.

Tracking your Order

  • Once you receive your invoice, you can track your order in real-time by logging into allgocardorders.com. You will receive email updates when payment is received, when your order has been processed, and with your tracking number for courier deliveries.

 

Amending your Order

  • The quickest way to change your order is to cancel it and place a new one – see buttons below

 

Card Activation

  • Each card recipient now needs to register & activate their own cards via the Cardholder Login link on allgogiftcard.com
  • Before dispatch, AllGo will email you an Activation Code to the order contact, which will need to be given to each card recipient for card activation. Full activation instructions for physical cards can be found here.
 

Cancellations & Refunds

You can request a Cancellation and Refund by completing the Cancellations & Refunds form.
